About us

At Price&Cost, we believe that professional services organisations deserve better tools for managing project financials. ERP systems are bloated, and spreadsheets are clunky.


Price&Cost is building a project financial management tool for today. We help agencies, consultancies and other project-based businesses precisely forecast and track their project’s vital financial metrics. We help them ensure projects are on a path of financial success right from the beginning, and we give them the tools to continuously  improve their cost-efficiency and profitability.


Due to consistent growth and increasing demand, we need a bit of help. We are looking for a Sales Superstar to spread the word about Price&Cost and its benefits. It’s all about identifying companies with pain points and convincing them Price&Cost is the solution. And keeping on trying until they convert to believers. Well, you know how it’s done!


About the team and you

We don’t have table-tennis areas (yet!) Hell, we don’t even have a gaming room with a PS4! (Soon, hopefully.) But what we have is a team of fanatical founders looking for a partner to help us take Price&Cost to the next level.


We combine decades of knowledge and experience from all sort of areas: business, project management, consulting, operations, development, marketing, design, UX … you name it! We get most things right, but make mistakes as well. We don’t know it all, but we are confident we’ll find our way around it. We make bold decisions and are hungry for calculated risks. We now need a like-minded person to join our closely knit family.

What’s the job?

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory: we’ll need you to help us do all things sales related, and then build and mentor a sales team around you – all while devising and executing a strategy to beat targeted revenue goals.


The basics:

  • Identify and research companies to target

  • Use effective email/call tactics to reach key contacts

  • Initiate conversations to prospective clients including VPs and C-level executives and build trusting relationships

  • Build a strong sales opportunity pipeline, keeping prospects warm

  • Conduct product demos, managing and overcoming objections

  • Drive deals to closure

  • Be the account manager for your customers

But also:

  • Build and lead a B2B sales team

  • Improve our sales strategy by experimenting, fine tuning and continuously enhancing

  • Help with sales forecasting, and map and coordinate sales funnels

  • Build a strong client-management process

  • You’ve been exposed to a sales process for an online software company (ideally B2B SaaS) with a minimum of 1M USD in annual revenue.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in B2B business development.

  • You have previous experience in online product marketing.

  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English.

  • You are determined and unflinching.

  • You don’t mind working unsociable hours from time to time (we have clients all over the world and it’s not uncommon to be on a call with the US at 8pm or on a demo with Australia at 7am).


  • You have managed a team of 5+ people before.
  • You have experience as a co-founder of a startup or a very early employee.
